分分合合又一年

如题，

但是至少，我还健康的活着；

还有一份不错的工作；一群不错的朋友；

最重要的是，我对未来还抱有美丽的希望。

不过，下半年，我真的要好好养养胖了，怎么每个人都说我瘦了！

Ten years after its foundation, MindShare began to restructure and consolidate itself to meet for client’s further demands and beyond traditional media agency offering. Following the structure, the agency also make some change on senior teams, Frank Miao and Michelle Ko departed Nanjing and Shanghai offices, and Karl Cluck was promoted to national strategy planning director of Mindshare to replace Mark Heap. Andrew Carter to MD for Shanghai office, Linda Lin promoted to GM. Lisa Wei and Nick Binns to head The Exchange unit. Mindshare is the developer of most-buzzed “Ugly Wudi”-Unilever campaign, which drives high brand engagement solutions. Last year, the agency wins Nippon Paint, Reader’s Digest, Zespri Fruit, Dongfeng-Nissan, LG, Conba, HongKong DisneyLand, Maserati, Xiamen Hui Er Kang, YanDangShan Beer, Air China, Fujian Daimler and others. But it also lost important Kraft and Ford Motors.

This year, Maxus China reinforces its management team, with hiring Sharon Shen as National Managing Director and Yimei Chen as GM for Beijing office after Cathy Kuang departed. After retaining important Roewe’s media business, the agency also wins 3M, Bank of Communication, Metersbonwe, Bvlgari, MG, Perfetti, Lao Bai Gan, Bai Xiang, American Express, Berburry, Ecco and others, while lost 999, Jiang Zhong and Lenovo – PC.

This year, MediaCom put a lot of effort to enhance its interactive team, and appointed James Wu as head of MediaCom Interaction, Services and Christina Xue as Interaction Implementation Director. On new business side, it secured work from Fortune Oil, Estee Lauder, China Unicom (Vsens), Akzo Nobel, P&G Planning, COFCO Lohas, Supor, Abbott Glucerna. And lose Burger King and Boehringer Ingelheim.

But at the coming new year, its National Tactical Planning Director Johny Ji also departed. The agency wins new business from Lane Crawford, Best Buy, Tumi, Monster.com, and Calvin Klein. Good news kicks off 2009, with retaining by lucrative Singapore Airline as Media agency.

Zed Digital partnered with SinoTech Media to form media planning and reporting unit SinoXpress, to help marketers maximise online performance. Zenith Media has appointed Alan Yau to in charge of eastern China operations after Stewart Li depart from the agency. Ching Ian Wee take charge of Equinox as GM. Ivo Kavelj joined in CMX as Operating Director. In new business front, the agency wins Dopod, Shanghai Mobile, Burger King, Synutra, Korea Tourism, InBev and others. Shanghai office was honored as runner-up for ‘Northern Asia Office’ in the MEDIA Annual Awards.

Lawrence Wan relocated to Beijing to oversee OMD's digital practice in China. While retains well relationships with J&J, VISA and Pepsi foods, the agency also win new business from Intel, PSA Peugeot Citroen, Sedrin, Zhuhai Beer, Zhaopin.com, Amway Nutrilite, Etihad, PGI- although also lost InBev (to Zenith) and Artistry (to Carat).

The loss of Intel media business, has been a massive blow to Universal McCann in 2008. Universal McCann Beijing has expanded its senior account management ranks with the hire of Kristin Engard as head of Beijing office, and installed Sophia Ong, previously general manager of Universal McCann Taipei, to a newly-created position as digital business development director. The agency wins some new business to almost balance the gap left by Intel, including Dodge, Welch, Ping An Insurance, Harley Davidson and Nokia OOH.

The agency realigns its top management team, Seth Grossman has promoted to eastern China head after Weifoon Lai departure, and Jackie Kuo to lead northern China. Heartland Media retained as outdoor agency for Nokia. The company wins Kraft, Amway, China Citic Bank Credit Card, Bayer, Beiersdorf & C-bons, Soueast Motors and many digital projects from WWWins.

The agency wins business from Swire, Bank of China, Marvelon, Sanlitun Village, PSA, Decathlon, Lacoste, Kranky, while extends relationship with Lolo.

一年一度的《广告时代》的全球重要传播集团报告出炉了，从今年的结果来看，基本上没有太大的变化。MADISONBOOM对媒介代理商（Media Agency）进行了直观的统计表现。需要特别注意的是这些数据都是指Revenue,而不是Billing(流水额)。

今年，Publicis集团下的星传媒体（Starcom Mediavest Group）取代了浩腾媒体（OMD）成为世界头号媒介代理商。GroupM旗下的媒介品牌依旧很占据了最大的媒介购买，MindShare，MEC和MediaCom分列第三、五、七之位。

GroupM旗下的Maxus而则是成长最为迅速的代理商，翻了一番多，而哈瓦斯集团旗下的MPG(灵锐媒体)成为增长第二快的媒介代理商。令人比较诧异的是在中国市场上颇为生猛的凯络媒体在新业务增长上却是最小的。

IPG旗下的优势麦肯和极致传媒只分别列席TOP 10的倒数两位。
